Shipping Speed and Processing Time

  • We strive to process and ship orders promptly.  All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 days.
  • We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is 5 -15 working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.

  • Max delivery time – 20 business days.  *This doesn’t include our 2-3 day processing time.

  • All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

Shipping Methods/Shipping Costs

  1. We offer Free Shipping with all purchase.
  2.  Priority Insured Shipping (Insured Shipping provides shipping insurance for the full retail value of your purchase) - $2.99

Tracking Your Order

  • We will email you a tracking number, usually once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Lost/Missing/Delayed Shipments

TrendyDailyGoods.com is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues) may cause delays.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team.

Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
